This year will mark the 27th consecutive holiday season they have put on this production. It's easily their biggest of the year and almost every show sells out. Might be worth checking out. Lucky for us whose property were left unharmed by the hurricane. It's not just the belongings but the people who lost their jobs. A relative of ours stayed in our home because Hooters was, according to him, "gone from the face of the earth." Our worry these days is whether or not the insurance company will pay for our parents' damaged house in Galveston. Hey Amy!

GALVESTON IS NOT GONE! I am a BOI that knows the right people and actually got onto the island the Monday after Ike. There was a lot of damage to the island and my father refused to leave so he rode it out and was fine. Absolutely no damage to his home at all. That was a blessing. The island looks tons better now. The island will build back and it will be a lengthy process but it is worth it. I know so many people that lost everything and they are still building back. Just don't worry it might take a year or so but Galveston will recover. Let me just assure you. GALVESTON IS NOT GONE!
